A new issue has stemmed from the Overwatch community as of recently. And I feel like it’s a pretty simple issue that has everything to do with Overwatch same face syndrome, and the OG face design we had for the character.

Anran is the “face” of this controversy. She’s playable at this time, and even though people are loving her playstyle and gameplay, her face has much to be desired. It’s not like she’s ugly, but she looks like every other Asian/cute female character in the game, which makes her come out boring.

People want something more closer to the cinematic trailer we got of her, and I support that change. Making her look hot, while also making her look different from the other cast of hot girls.

Now this face is sexy. And those dick sucking lips!!!

That’s what Marvel Rivals has been doing. Having all these female characters, and all of them look different and distinct from one another. But then you have weirdos that honestly don’t actually understand what people want from Blizzard.

So now we got people from Twitter making this a whole anti-woke vs woke discussion, when the debate was never about making her look ugly. We just want variety and want to get what we had in the beginning. It’s not that hard to understand.

But with all the complaints and also Anran VA coming out to speak on the matter, we seemingly should be seeing her getting a facelift in the near future. Fingers crossed that they don’t mess this one up, cause it’s def going to be hell to pay with the community if they drop the ball again.
