Who knew jumping ropes could get so controversial. With a game trailer dropping, it’s getting a lot of push back and heat coming at it. Personally, I can see the heat as being valid, and also stupid, depending on the heat that you decide to pay attention to, and which is actually true.



Now the majority of the comments I’ve seen are people saying that the game seems uninspiring and lame. I can see how people got that from the trailer, but I also don’t think people should judge the game so hard just from a simple glance at it. It gives me the vibe of something like Subway Surfers, or Angry Birds. It’s not supposed to seem like the deepest game in the world. But something you play around with, get addicted to the simple system, and the challenge of getting a higher and higher score. This isn’t trying to be the Game of the Year, so don’t treat it like that.

But luckily for the game, this drama has really put it on people's radar and now has a bigger chance of getting some purchase. But I’m a cheap ass, so I’m not going to buy it. Maybe if it was free like the other games I’ve mentioned, but $5 is too much for me. 

And it’s already getting some lewd content out there, so that’s always helpful.

So let’s see how this drama turns out, and if people are just going to be talking about this game for a week and forget about it, or it will become the next trending indie game.
